Now I have to get my birth certificate*whereever it is* and see about my social security card o.O

Yay for Storm! *incredibly oblivious to what Drivers Ed is, being from Northern Ireland, but is very happy all the same cause it's obviously a v.good thing*

ITs in the classroom training for driving, then I go get my permit which allows me to drive if someone with a license 25+ yrs is in the car with me. Then I do some stuffs and get my license so I can drive alone.

So it's sort of like our learner drivers! You get the wee 'L' sticker on the rear window and you can pootle around as long as you have a qualified driver with you. Then you do you driving test and become restricted and put a 'R' sticker up and you can't go on motorways for a year. Only you have to wait til you're 17 until you can get your 'L' sticker. But you can do your theory before that. Grrrrr. I'm way too young! It sucks!
