Past few days my right *twisted since birth* hip has been HURTING. An this morning rolled over an just um..OW? It made all the muscles in my right leg start tensing. Which THEN triggered dun dun the tendonitis. If you have EVER had a charley horse. Imagine that 10x worse. Then you have what I did. I was in so much pain I screamed an lost my voice*not TO loud of screaming, I was already breathless from pain*

But my leg went numb and useless for a good 7 hours. Bah joy ok off to Dr. Simmons.
