Eek, that's so sweet :D My horse wants me to scratch her breast area, because all the horseflies have bit her there (damn stupid insects!! >:/). She sometimes does the flehmen when I do that :)
Oh, and one of my riding instructors horses gives you a massage if someone is scratching her withers xD (been there, done that, got the massage, lmao)
